Materials are provided for product information purposes only and it shall not give rise to any commitment or obligation by us, nor shall not constitute any part of an offer or contract.

Pricing

The prices reflected on this website represent the full retail price, inclusive of tax and other applicable charges, subject to change without prior notice. But despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our website may be mispriced. Should there be any price discrepancies, we will contact you and ask for your confirmation whether to proceed with the order at the amended price or to cancel your order.

Order Acceptance

Before placing an order, you must first be registered with Definitive Audio Video Solutions Inc.. To order, you must follow the instructions carefully and review the details of your prospective order before submission. After which, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your order. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email. You may no longer change or modify your order once confirmation email is sent to you. If you wish to change your purchase, you can request for a return or exchange once your product has been delivered.

The contract will only be limited to those orders we have confirmed in the acknowledgment email.

Payment Methods

Definitive Audio Video Solutions Inc. only accepts payments via bank deposit (cash or check) payments at this time. Please note that check deposit payments are subject to clearing by the corresponding banks.

Delivery / Shipping

Orders are processed daily until 12:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday, all orders placed after 12:00 P.M., during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders are shipped only when payment  for both the order items and any shipping costs via bank deposit has been completed and verified. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with an order tracking number and/or delivery information, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. You may check your order status with the tracking number provided to you.

Definitive Audio Video Solutions Inc. only supports delivery of orders with addresses in the Philippines. We do not currently support international orders.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return defective items, provided that all terms and conditions under the Return and Exchange Policy are met.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipment date. Returnable items must not have been purchased under the "Sale / Special Offers" category, and must be returned in their original packing.

To return an item, you may send an email to info@definitive.ph with the subject : "Return" inclusive of photos of the defective item in its original packaging.

Once we have received your email, we will review the request and photos. We will then inform you the next steps on returning the item. Requests are processed within 12 business days.

Warranties

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
